We cannot use the 9Xtend modem because it operates on the same frequency as mobil phones.
2.4GHz is out of options too because our video system operates at that frequency.

If you have such restrictions then an Xbee 2.4 ghz modem with a 1W bidirectional amplifier should work just fine.
