Hi Helge,
I would recommend to just rename/move your complete old (SVN)
paparazzi directory to keep as a backup until you copied all your
personal files. Clone the github repo to the same directory you were
keeping paparazzi so far (then you don't need to change the env
variables). Copy your personal configuration files from your backupto
the new paparazzi directory (ok, same old directory ;-).
Depending on when you last copied the udev rules (of if you modified
them to add your specific modem) you might want to replace/modify them
again.
