[Paparazzi-devel] Wind speed issues in sim - 4500m/s

When simulating my flight plan I am now getting simulated wind speeds of up to 
4500m/s, obviously this is not even close to real life. Would someone be able 
to point me towards to code that does this so I can fix it up or maybe someone 
has a fix for this issue?
