Hi Chris,
I have changed the flight plan now and its working (except for the sectors
part, which is probably a newbie issue). What I had done was have five
waypoints called SA1-5 and five hidden waypoints _S1-5. When I removed the
hidden waypoints, and changed the Polygon survey to use the non hidden
waypoints it worked without a hitch.
You can see the waypoints in the screenshots, and its convex (I think).

Hi,
got both emails, the first one wasn't blocked. I think from your
description that I understand the symptom, but I don't know cause
because I haven't seen it before.
Are you sure your polygon is convex? if the waypoints are hidden,
maybe they are not where you think they are... That's just a guess,
please attach the offending flight plan.
