Hi all

Because i have not a paparazzi system running. I have a mikrokopter , the
CGS software work in Windows and have not support for sockets telemetry data
link, only serial port.

Then ... not is necessary the virtual serial port if the telemetry module
can work with sockets.

Why a serial port emulator?
The code to do the downlink with UDP-packet is already there.
I know because I wrote it.
