Hi Heinrich,
I have used the NL-551EUSB ublox5 USB Module (hacked to add 3.3v TTL serial
connection) and a NL-552ETTL ublox5 USB Module.
I have not had any problems at all with them after perhaps 40-50 flights; I
re-programmed them when I bought them with the Paparazzi config file and have
not touched them since. They are low cost and high quality and certainly
recommended.
Hope this helps, Mark

Subject: [Paparazzi-devel] Navilog-modules-for Paparazzi
Hello,
has someone used the Navilog GPS modules for Paparazzi?
http://www.navilock.de/produkte/gruppen/13/Boards_und_Module
The NL-507ETTL has a u-blox lea 4 chip set and a ubx protocol (prize is 35
Euro 30m x30mm 5V )
In the mikrokopter forum was a suggestion that the module needs reprogram the
parameter after power on or battery power lost.
Is it possible to flash the setup string in the lpc2148 memory and send it
after cold start?
The NL-552ettl ublox has a lea5 chip set but the documentation say that it has
only the NEMEA protocol.
Regards
