1) I added a new message to .../paparazzi3/conf/messages.xml per
http://paparazzi.enac.fr/wiki/DevGuide/Communications:
<!-- add the following msg for debugging WiiMot_IRSensor-->
<message name="DebugIR_POINTS" ID="250">
<field name="p1_val" type="int8"></field>
<field name="p1_size" type="int8"></field>
<field name="p1_x" type="int16"></field>
<field name="p1_y" type="int16"></field>
<field name="p2_val" type="int8"></field>
<field name="p2_size" type="int8"></field>
<field name="p2_x" type="int16"></field>
<field name="p2_y" type="int16"></field>
<field name="p3_val" type="int8"></field>
<field name="p3_size" type="int8"></field>
<field name="p3_x" type="int16"></field>
<field name="p3_y" type="int16"></field>
<field name="p4_val" type="int8"></field>
<field name="p4_size" type="int8"></field>
<field name="p4_x" type="int16"></field>
<field name="p4_y" type="int16"></field>
</message>
but it did not show up in the 'Messages' gui until I ran
/e/paparazzi3/sw/tools/gen_messages.out /e/paparazzi3/conf/messages.xml
telemetry > /e/paparazzi3/var/include/messages.h
by hand. Should this have run automatically?
2) The simulation says the DOWNLINK rate is 455 byte/s. Will this be OK on the
real plane with xbee, so long as nb_overn stays at 0?
