I have used a regular soldering iron. It was not easy but it is feasable.

 

 

Hello,

When mounting the 12MHz crystal onto any of the tiny/booz/classix boards,
what method has everyone assembling these boards been using? I've noticed
that all of the boards use the same SMD reflow mounted crystal.
