Hi Chris,

Unfortunately the XML library used by the GCS editor discards all the 
comments in a XML parsed file (the AST is then a lot simpler to handle). 
The "save settings" features uses another XML library which keeps the 
comments (in the airframe file). It should be possible to also use this 
library for the flight plan
