Hi,
some news about last updates:
- The HITL (Hardware In The Loop) simulation has been fixed and tested
with a Tiny board. Configuration examples are provided in
conf/conf.xml.example and conf/control_panel.xml.example . All you need
is a Tiny board and a serial (wireless or not) link. Note that a high
baudrate is required: 9600 is not enough, it works with 57600.
- It is now possible to display real time data on the GCS map with
"papgets" (TM), as text, gauge or ruler (more to come :-) ). The easiest
way to try them is to drag and drop a message field (from the Messages
agent) on the GCS map.
Then, you can move it and edit its properties. It is also savable in the
GCS layout (Save from the Nav menu). Papgets can also be used to display
buttons; the buttons from the strips are dragable to the map.
A configuration file example is available in conf/gcs/papgets.xml (it
is the one saved by the GCS). Try it by adding the option "-layout
papgets.xml" to the gcs agent (you should get something similar to the
attached screenshot)
- New paparazzi-bin packages are available on the repository (debian
and ubuntu)
- Last, but not least, a Live CD (or USB stick) including all these
novelties (and bugs) is here:
http://paparazzi.enac.fr/paparazzix/
based on the Ubuntu Hardy 8.04 (the previous ones were based on
Knoppix), the X is only related to the day:

Enjoy
