The reason the THROTTLE channel is reversed is due to some complaints that the throttle worked in manual and auto1, but not auto2.  This is because people were reversing their throttle channel on their RC transmitters to compensate for the incorrect values of this file.  This was causing a mismatch between the modes.  All should be fine now, but make sure you check all your stuff if you use this file.  Dan admitted he struggled with a lot of stuff down the lie and could now attribute it to these values being incorrect.
