I will answer my own question as I was able to get the Tiny to generate
a valid PPM signal.
I achieved this by modifying the "servos_4017_hw.h" code.
I will tidy up the code, rename the "servos_4017_hw.h" &
"servos_4017_hw.c" files to "servos_ppm_out.h/.c", and place them on the
CVS.
For your information.
Cheers, Mark

Subject: [Paparazzi-devel] Generation of PPM for R/C Receiver
I have a question concerning the R/C receiver PPM.
I want to route a PPM signal out of the SERV_CLK pin of the Tiny back to
the receiver and use the receiver to drive the servos.
My receiver (Graupner R16 Scan) has a microcontroller to do the decoding
(not a 4015 or 4017 decade counter). In theory it should decode the PPM
internally and drive the servos if it is fed a valid PPM signal.
I have been modifying the "servos_4017_hw.h" code with some success but
can't get it to work properly.
Has anyone been able to get the Tiny to generate PPM?
Thanks, Mark
