Hi folks

Just thought I should add that this error with "meschach-dev" is stopping me too now from installing the paparazzi-dev package. 
I have tried it on a freshly installed Ubuntu 7.10.

Is really interested in all ideas on how to fix it

another issue here:

when updating today i noticed paparazzi-dev 3.2-3 won´t update to pararazzi-dev 3.2-4 because of some missing "meschach-dev" package which has been renamed to libmeschach-dev ... !?
btw further paparazzi-dev reports to be in conflict with xml-light-ocaml

my ubuntu is gutsy (7.10) and my sources.list features this:
deb http://paparazzi.enac.fr/ubuntu gutsy main

Strange too: when manually installing the paparazzi-dev collection of libs (see below) it also cant find ivy-c-dev ?!?!

Any ideas?

Surprising, we usually get only a warning for boa. One more line in the
TODO list ...

paparazzi-dev is only a meta-package, it contains only dependencies over
other packages.
You can look at its contents with

aptitude show paparazzi-dev

and install the Depends ... without boa

apt-get install ivy-c-dev, ivy-c, ivy-ocaml, libxml-light-ocaml-dev,
liblablgtk2-ocaml-dev, make, gcc, gnuplot, libgnomecanvas2-dev, bzip2,
cvs, liblablgtk2-gnome-ocaml-dev, libcamlimages-ocaml-dev, libusb-dev,
speech-dispatcher, glade, gedit, imagemagick, libpcre3-dev,
libocamlnet-ocaml-dev
