I have, in the past, spoke for Jeffrey.  I ordered a few things from him 
and he screwed up my order (sent it to the wrong address).  Luckily I 
was able to file a change of address with USPS and did receive my 
order.  My order was correct, parts-wise.  However, it seems he uses 
some non-melexis IR thermopiles for the vertical IR sensor, and they did 
not work correctly.  I ordered the melexis thermopiles and put them on 
the board and they worked.  Yay.  (Now I find out that my horizontal IR 
board that I got from Mantis electronics is bad, but that's another story)

I placed another order with him, but PayPal won't let you complete the 
order.  I have tried contacting him and haven't heard anything for 
weeks.  It seems even his cell phone has been disconnected (though I 
can't confirm since I don't speak... whatever language that was)

So in short, I support removing all mention of him from the wiki.
