that is one obvious step and have tried that but nothing happened. I tried using an old FTDI serial cable to which works on my Tiny 1.1 but that also was not able to work on it. So, I believe that there is no problem in the cables.

  Sometimes this happened to me as well, even though I am not using TWOG, one way I found it work is by disconnect the power and reconnect it again, try it, see if it works

when I try to upload the usb bootloader onto the TWOG board, it is giving me this message.
Even when I tried to upload the code using the ISP flash mode, it is giving 'no answer on '?' ' message. Is the board working fine? What can be the probable problem. This is a new TWOG board which I got from PPZUAV. I have checked the 3.3 and 5 V rail. The voltages are fine on them.
