I got it solve ;)
You r right, its related to the position of A/C and the flight.

Apparently, tiny never get GPS Coordinate from GPS.
As everytime I boot up no mater where, it report the same position.
I use GPS tunnel went in to GPS and I found that the setting
wasn't set properly from the vendor.
All setting were not there as instruct on wiki.

I thought they would have set already :P..

and another problem is
the airframe file missing -DGPS_USE_LATLONG

hope this lesson will help other newbies out there too

Now I'm up to tuning part.
Today is so windy that it so hard to tune.
