Hi,

you have to edit the airframe file (the radio file is not concerned). If 
you get this behavior with
<servo name="MOTOR" no="0" min="1000" neutral="1000" max="2000"/>
then change the values to
<servo name="MOTOR" no="0" min="1500" neutral="1500" max="1800"/>
and be sure your ESC is not in an adaptive mode
