That tab is in the messages window. Also you should use the tuning.xml file for tuning

  Also, there is a question for the ADC neutral, I have follow the tuning described in both wiki and OSA wiki, however, I couldn't seen to locate the tab IR for reading the ADC neutral value, the only tab I have located is in the setting for roll and pitch neutral.
