Much offer & many e-mail I have wrote to you,  said that LEA-5H is on stock,  
for 4P we would need to order from supplier.

Then you said it was for your Tiny v1.3!

I reply and said that, how about you add $50 on top of the $55 you have paid,  
I send you the whole Tiny v2.11 (without the LPC 2148)

But you're not interested with the offer,  then later agreed that to have the 
LEA-5H instead,  Which have already send out long ago!

You delivery method is normal Record delivery, which normally 8-10 days.   
Anyway you must have received it already!
