Hi,
for now the idea is to have a (USB) joystick/gamepad connected to the
gcs computer that gives commands like setting an attitude (auto2.1) or
maybe more sophisticated like direction/altitude (auto2.2) to the
aircraft. This will be an addition to the classic transmitter PPM
control (hence auto2.x) which remains to have priority and be the main
source of control and trim.
Another interesting thing could be force feedback giving you info
about
system messages or the aircrafts flight attitude.

Completely understood what Pascal was saying. I guess my point was
not quite understood.
My question was if there is going to be some new way to trim out a
new aircraft. I can wait. I just figured since he brought it up maybe
we could get some more details.

They have a black box with modem and joystick ppm interpretation
circuits in it (I guess) so that u can set up all your trims in your
ground station software. But I am not so sure if the joystick can
still control the airplane without a PC.

surfaces properly for stable flight before AUTO2 is possible. With
