Hello,
I'm a new recruit in the paparazzi team.
I'm testing a new navigation function that define a roll setpoint
instead of a course setpoint based on the carrot.
To make it work properly, you should use the following settings:
CARROT = 3. (seconds)
COURSE_PGAIN = -1. (use this variable during flight to contrail the gain)
YAW_RESPONSE_FACTOR = 1. (if define for simulation)
You can use the old version with the command
<set var="nav_mode" value="2"/> in a block at the beginning of your
flight plan.
Please tell me what you think of this new mode and if it seems to work
better on your airframes.
Thanks
