You should be ready to upload the autopilot code with the USB link.
You can use the airframe funjet1.xml as an example for the Tiny 2.1. 
Connect the board to the laptop with the USB 
(http://paparazzi.enac.fr/wiki/index.php/Tiny_v2), power the board and 
upload the ap target (with the Paparazzi Center). You should see some # 
in the console while the program is uploaded and ... a led should start 
to blink on the board when it is finished.
