[Paparazzi-devel] bootloader upload message/error?

Greetings,

I have a tiny1.3 I am trying to program with a bootloader (first time). Plugging in the FTDI cable I hold down the reset button. Then type the command below.

Command:
sudo make upload_bl PROC=GENERIC

Results:

Did it succeed?

If I try the same steps again now I get: 
ioctl get failed
 no answer on '?'
make: *** [upload_bl] Error 4

I didn't see this listed on the Wiki so I thought I would ask the group. Your help appreciated.
