hi,
i'm still working on all this IR calibration.  when i check the messages of the IR_SENSORS i can now sucessfully get them both to be below +-5 with tape covering the sensors.  the problem i am having is that i don't know what is normal performance from the sensors after that.  i tried putting a finger over one sensor at a time and i get a variation between -100 and +100 and the both logitudinal and lateral numbers change at the same time.  are they linked somehow in the code or is it possible i have a short on my IR board?  i have a FMA direct ir board that i have modified as per the wiki.  anyone with ideas on what could be going on?
