OK, so in the Fedora packages, the icons are put in /usr/share/pan/icons
so what is the easiest way to fix this up? It has broken with the change
over to cmake but I'm not sure whether to just hack it into
load-icon.cc or do something cleverer and make it find the correct
PAN_SYSTEM_ICON_PATH instead.
