An annoying problem has shown itself that I saw in the previous Edgybuild. It is still there in the new build.
Probably not a problem with the Edgy build.
I use Pan in tabbed mode. In a newsgroup the headers are displayed under the Header Pane tab. If I should want to download an attachment, I click on the header and then to view it I can click on the Body Pane tab. However, when I click again on the Header Pane tab, it sets itself up a fair way to the right, and I have to move the slider to the left to see the text of the headers. When you have to do this a number of times it gets very annoying.
I see this also on my slackware builds from CVS. There are two things that will prevent it until fixed. Narrow the Subject column to fit within the window, although that can be a PITA, or, go back to the Group Tab before hitting the Header Tab.
Didn't someone submit a bug report on this? I know I saw it reported on the mailing list. I'll check and report it if necessary.
Rinaldi -- While you don't greatly need the outside world, it's still very reassuring to know that it's still there.
