Unfortunately, not directly. PAN CAN act on the newsgroups header, as it
can apply rules based on which subscribed newsgroup you are in. However,
it doesn't seem to be able to plonk based on that info, unless you want to
plonk everything in a group.
Therefore, one possible workaround, altho likely NOT worth it, would be to
subscribe to the "bad" group, pull overviews there and have them plonked,
and then pull them in the group you want. I /think/ that would work but
haven't tried it. Anyway, it's probably simpler to just do it with
leafnode.
