Hi,
I wrote a small scripting extension to pan, based on the Lua language, that
permits exactly what you request : you schedule "tasks", in which you have
instructions such as refresh groups, select articles according filters, save
attachments... for once or periodically.
I would be glad to propose this to pan authors, and to maintain it, if this
functionalities are interestning and fit with where they want pan to go.
