Well, probably the situation isn't as serious as that. What they have is a 
"déclaration de cessation des payments" (or in other words: "buzz of, we're 
out of cache!"). It's rather something that *protects* them from going 
bankrupt at the moment, because while they're making profit, they're low on 
cash and have depts.

So Mandrake 9.1 is probably still right on schedule :-)
