[Pan-devel] Patch to Configure Read/Unread Thread Colors

The attached patch adds configuration options for adjusting the colors
for read and unread threads.  Please consider applying, as there are
people out there who find the default colors difficult to read.  The
patch applies cleanly against 13.3 using the command:

patch -p0 < read_unread_thread_colors.patch
