[Oroborus-user] Mouse warping

I'm not sure exactly when these changes were made, but the behaviour just
recently started.

The mouse pointer warping when new windows are opened and closed is
extremely annoying.  Is there a configuration parameter to turn this
behaviour off?  If there isn't, then there really should be.

I mean, it's one thing to set the focus to the next window, but I think
that actually moving the mouse pointer is not a good idea.  Even when
using keyboard control, this may not be a good idea.  I'm continually
having to look around on the screen to find my pointer again and then
repositioning it.

One of the primary rules of GUI design says that you don't move the user's
mouse cursor for them (well, unless there is a very, very good reason for
doing so).
