No, afaik aclocal.m4 *can* contain some "special" macros which are not
automatically generated.
Uh, how can you generate mkinstalldirs and missing? IMHO they aren't
generated.

Ok, that really missing, added that.
Btw. diff also has an option, "exclude" ;-))
