And there may be others as well.  I contacted Turtle Beach a few years back to 
buy any of the add-on boards that they had, weather it was Quadzilla, Plus, 
Home Studio, etc.  They had none to offer.  I think that they gave all of them 
up to wholesale after the Aureal bankruptcy.  

If anyone has such hardware, would

As a matter of fact, I plan on trying this soon.  I just don't have any SPDIF 
gear, but I know that it is possible.  That daughterboard has a lot of extra 
hardware though.  I plan on looking into it to see just what all of those extra 
parts do (when I get my hands on one).

I'll be experimenting with a few different Vortex cards soon.  I'll let you 
know what I find.
