The most authorative information source we have on this is SourceForge. 
I'm not sure if that's good enough. I prefer to be on the safe side and 
leave it in non-free. If anyone cares they can contact the FSF Licensing 
Lab about it. This extension hasn't been updated to work with OO.o 3.x, 
so there's probably not much interest in it and so I'm not going to 
spend much time on it.
