Hi Nicholas, 

       I just built ilmbase-1.0.2 and openexr-1.7.0 I did need to remove a warning from the configuration files that appears not to be compatible with this version of gcc

Im running this version of gcc

gcc version 4.2.1 (Based on Apple Inc. build 5658) (LLVM build 2335.15.00)

from /usr/local/lib

$ file libIlmImf.6.0.0.dylib

libIlmImf.6.0.0.dylib: Mach-O 64-bit dynamically linked shared library x86_64
