Also, in the "configure" file if you remove the following line (~16580) CXXFLAGS="$CXXFLAGS -Wno-long-double" and rebuild, does that work for you?
Yes, that DOES work! However, I need to build the 64 bit version. When I override the CXXFLAGS line to point to the 10.5 SDK and set the x86_64 arch, I get a different error (during configure):
checking for C++ compiler default output file name... configure: error C++ compiler cannot create executables Any ideas on that one?
