Who would use a library from a vendor with jurisdiction on the moon?
Good luck for falling ticket prices in case you need one.
With focus on the jurisdiction in the CTL license this point is more
restrictive than with GPL.
Why not stick to a pure BSD? Xorg works this quite well with all the
OpenGL stuff these days.
