README.CVS tells you do to that, which I did include in the directions.  I 
should have put that at the top of the email, I guess.

One thing I've learned during my tenure as OpenEXR maintainer is that 
people don't read README files :)  Maybe we should call them 
README...NO_REALLY...README files ;)
