[Om-synth] New version of DSSI program selection patch

I've uploaded a new version of the DSSI program selection patch. Same
features as the old one (listing of DSSI programs over OSC, selection of
DSSI programs in om_gtk), but this one applies cleanly to today's CVS
version.
