Details:

This patch adds code in the engine for building a list of all available
programs for a DSSI plugin, and keeping that list up to date. It also adds
new engine -> client OSC commands for sending the program lists to clients,
and for every DSSI plugin that supports programs it adds a submenu in the
popup menu for that plugin in om_gtk where the user can select a program from
the list.
