Follow-up Comment #4:

Pushed the rest here, after texinfo fixes, some code overhaul and adding tests
(applies actually to all the new m-files in the zip):

http://hg.code.sf.net/p/octave/mapping/rev/71e8d7373352 (aer2geodetic)

http://hg.code.sf.net/p/octave/mapping/rev/5e35453b491a (enu2ecefv, ecef2enuv,
enu2geodetic, geodetic2enu).

enu2aer.m was already contributed in patch #8377, nevertheless I patched the
existing version a bit.

Thanks for the contributions.

In the coming days I'll come up with more code overhaul, texinfo fixes and
tests as I learned a bit more about these conversions and noted room for
improvement. A.o., apart from scalar inputs many of these functions accept nD
arrays as well, some conditions permitting.

Do you have plans to come up with mo new geodesy functions? I plan to make a
new mapping release soon. Now that the geometry package has a new release one
long-standing major hurdle for more regular mapping releases is out of the
way.
