Follow-up Comment #63, patch #9440 (project octave):

Octave 4.4 is imminent (a matter of weeks, if all goes according to plan).

We should at the very least test building the Flatpak app with the current 4.3
(or 4.4 release candidates) and see if any remaining issues need to be fixed
in Octave itself.

Do you still want to see a copy of the manifest in the Octave source
distribution? Or will the Flathub copy of the manifest be the canonical copy?

I have renamed the desktop and appstream files to the canonical reverse DNS
names in the Octave 4.3 development branch. Were there any other issues that
you remember or know of that need to be fixed in Octave itself at the moment?
