Follow-up Comment #26, patch #9000 (project octave):

Hi Philip,

I have included most of your contributions in geometry-3.0.0

isPolygonCCW: now accepts a library as an option, currently "geometry" and
"clipper" and uses the corresponding function. now is called
isPolygonCW_Clipper to maintain naming convention.
When "geometry" is selected it uses the mfile version, which I wrote from
scratch because it was too simple for what Amr was doing, sorry for that.

I would appreciate if you can clone the octave forge repo

https://sourceforge.net/p/octave/geometry/ci/default/tree/

and run

make check

or alternatively

make run

and then

test isPoligonCCW

in the octave prompt

You will see two XFAIL, those come from Clipper not giving the right answer!
Check the xtests in isPolygonCCW.m
Do you know why it fails?

Also, would you know how to remove this warning that I get when I install
geometry?

warning: doc_cache_create: unusable help text found in file 'clipper'

I will work in the boolean operations in the next chance I get.
