Details:

Based on patch #8316, this patch is from revision 20075 and now supports
copying and pasting numeric matrices in and out, tested between Octave and
Libre Office.

Cell arrays have partial support, as in the previous patch. Some bugs relating
to, for example, changing where the window is docked and unticking the window
menu entry on closing.
