Follow-up Comment #8, patch #8006 (project octave):

This changeset:

appears to have solved the problem of uncleared breakpoints inside local
functions when a remove_all_breakpoints is done.

The hunk in (file #28020) associated with the verbose comment about cleaning
up breakpoints in local functions can be removed.  I'll create a new changeset
if needed.
