Details:

Currently, there is no way of adding files/folders to the current displayed
files window root folder, except by going up one folder and then using the
context menu.

This path adds a popdown button to the tool bat to add teh add file/dir
option, and merges in the set current dir/show current dir into it so that it
doesnt use all of the toolbar space.
