Last year, we had a similar request for a VPAT (Voluntary Product
Accessibility Template) [1] from the "California State Polytechnic
University in Pomona" [2,3,4].

@Laura Loree, can you teach us what this document is, where we can get
it, and how to fill it out to be of use for US universities?  The link
"for our case" you provided seems to be for internal use only, or should
post username and password ;-) *PLEASE DO NOT*
