Hi Andrew,

We are already working on that in https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?55402. Sorry I did not find the time yet to fix it. The current state is:

- http://bugs.octave.org correctly redirects, while

- https://bugs.octave.org does not.

I think I have to figure out a better .htaccess rule for this.
