issue while installing "octave364-dev" package

Dear Octave maintainer team,

good afternoon.

I have just installed octave-atlas 3.6.4 on my mac 10.8.5 using fink
(installed for the first time). The installation took several hours, but it
went fine and I menages to run some mathemathical operations successfully.

When I try to install "econometric package" (the one I need for my
homeworks), the software tries to install some dependent packages, and
apparently I have some troubles in installing octave364-dev.

May you be so kind to give me some advices? I put below the error code I
get.
