I don't know why it's referring to so many Octave functions. Perhaps
it's only for syntax highlighting or for docstrings. Or perhaps it's
calling those functions in some way.
If octave.exe is not an independent binary, it would definitely be in violation of the GPL. Is GUIOctave.exe an executable or an installer? Does the installer for GUI Octave contain octave.exe? If GUIOctave.exe is not in the installer, does GUIOctave work if users do not independently download and install octave.exe?
